This is a very popular version and gets good reviews. It actually works to dramatically reduce inrush current. This unit works with small or large compressors and will give some margin for smaller units.

Most power stations come with a floating ground. If you are trying to run your furnace or charge an EV you may need this plug to make it work. Many modern devices require the detection of a Neutral/Ground bond before operating. Simply plug this into an available plug on your power station.

If I were doing this project again, this is the unit I would use. It puts out 13.8V which is a better match for most 12V devices. This is a great solution for running 12V devices on your 48V system. It can take an input from 38V to 60V. It is rated for a 30A 414W output.

I like this breaker the best for PV connections. It doesn't have polarity, the screws are nicely recessed, and it has a clear indicator for off/on. The only negative is it only goes up to 500V

I use this breaker for PV strings that exceed 500V. The screws are not very well recessed, you have to pay attention to polarity, and there is no on/off indicator window.

For smaller battery banks or individual batteries without built in breakers choose the size you need.

If your 48V battery does not have a built in breaker, this is a good choice.

Managing your large battery bank through a dedicated DC breaker gives you more control. This is a ASI NDB1-125C100-2 100 Amp DIN rail circuit breaker, 2 pole, it is rated at 240 Vac, 60 Vdc (This configuration has 2 paired together for 200 amps total).

These are high quality tinned copper cables. UV stability is great. One end is premade so you don't need any tools. They also come with additional MC4 Connectors if you need a connector at both ends.

Great to have on hand, you can get black and red to make your own cables of any length. I recommend 10AWG wire for all solar panel string connections.

If you need a lot of PV wire it's much cheaper in bulk.

These are more expensive than the off brand MC4 connectors, but I have found them to be a higher quality and are more compatible with other connectors brands. These are the only ones I use now.

Low cost MC4 connectors fine for DIY projects but I would use the Staubli brand for home solar system installations.

These stainless steel clips slide on the edge of the solar panel frame to control PV wiring behind the panels.

I have several friends that have used Sinclair's ground mount system. I have no affiliation with them, but they have a great product, it is very clean and the tilt angle can be adjusted. It can be installed DIY, but it is more difficult because it requires deep concrete supports if you don't have the equipment to pound the posts in.
