The NEP 600 Micro inverters were failing on me. Here is the NEP 800 solar microinverter. You can also consider Enphase, it's more expensive, but reliable. See the link above.

For joining multiple rails.

Great to have on hand, you can get black and red to make your own cables of any length. I recommend 10AWG wire for all solar panel string connections.
